"Pacific-Aegean, a Dialogue IV"
Made with mylar and black sand, this installation tries to build another kind of dialogue between the two parts of the world (Pacific Ocean - Aegean Sea) focusing on light and water being at both the seashores: communicating though the senses.

The act of collecting and putting the sand in the gallery, trying to control it, also refers to the displacement, and at the same time to the difficult personal effort to remember and connect; to remain close regardless the distance.

Installed at the Swell Gallery, San Francisco, CA
